After officially leaving psg days ago, His father Jorge Messi has been traveling and having arrangements with different clubs including FC Barcelona.

Messi’s future in Barcelona is uncertain. Although sources have it that the player, his father and his camp would be happy to see him in Barcelona but Barcelona are having financial struggles and may need to sell some players for Messi to come.
Barça’s president Joan laporta and his board are doing their best to bring him back. But they can’t put in an offer for him and Messi and his father are losing their patience with Barcelona.
Barcelona might lose Messi because of the pressure of other clubs on him and the transfer window is edging closer to the end. Messi needs a club before it’s too late.

The rate of Messi coming back to barca is diminishing because of the lucrative salaries and plans from other clubs especially al hilal from the Saudi pro league. They’re offering a salary that even Elon musk wouldn’t want to deny. Messi has told them to put everything on hold but they keep bringing big prices.
